Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager of Sales, located in Brazil. The Manager of Sales will oversee and lead the sales team to drive revenue growth and meet organizational objectives. Responsibilities include strategic business planning, managing sales operations, building customer relationships, and driving customer satisfaction. The role involves analyzing sales metrics, providing performance insights, and identifying opportunities to optimize sales processes and outcomes, while fostering effective communication within the team and with clients.

- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and drive strategic decision-making
- Proficiency in Business Planning to implement effective sales strategies
- Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Customer Service and relationship management
- In-depth knowledge of Sales Operations and processes
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Fluency in English and Portuguese, both written and verbal, is required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the recruitment or HR technology industry is a plus
