Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the Manager of Sales, located in Noida. The Manager of Sales will oversee the development and implementation of effective sales strategies, identify and manage client accounts, and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include driving sales operations, developing business plans, meeting sales objectives, and analyzing market trends to identify potential opportunities. The role also involves supervising, mentoring, and motivating a sales team to ensure consistent performance and goal achievement.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales Operations and Business Planning to drive growth and exceed targets.
- Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting market trends, sales data, and customer behavior.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain client relationships.
- Experience in leading and managing effective sales teams is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools, with a track record of data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to strategize and execute sales initiatives in the personal care or manufacturing industry is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
- Results-driven attitude with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
