Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for the position of Manager of Operations. The Manager of Operations will oversee daily property management activities, including staff coordination, vendor management, and facility operations. Responsibilities include implementing operational strategies, monitoring compliance standards, ensuring quality service delivery, and addressing client requirements effectively. The role also involves optimizing resources to enhance the efficiency and safety of managed properties while maintaining high service standards.
Qualifications
- Operational Management skills, including planning, organizing, and overseeing day-to-day property operations
- Team Leadership and People Management abilities with experience in coordinating staff and resolving team challenges
- Vendor Management and Facility Coordination expertise to ensure seamless service delivery
- Knowledge of Compliance Standards and ability to ensure regulatory adherence in property operations
- Strong Problem-Solving, Decision-Making, and Communication skills for effective operational management
- Proficiency with software tools and technology relevant to property and facility management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate, or a related field
- Prior experience in property management, real estate, or facility operations preferred
