Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi for a Manager of Operations. The Manager of Operations will oversee day-to-day business activities, optimize operational processes, and design strategies aimed at achieving organizational goals. Responsibilities will include managing teams, ensuring efficient workflow, monitoring performance metrics, and driving process improvements to maximize operational efficiency. The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and ensuring that projects align with the organization’s mission.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in leadership and team management, ensuring effective coordination and guidance of diverse teams.
- Strong capabilities in project management and strategic planning to achieve organizational goals efficiently.
- Experience in optimizing operational efficiency, designing process improvements, and resource management.
- Excellent problem-solving ability and decision-making skills to effectively manage challenges and implement solutions.
- Proficiency in financial management, including budget handling and performance evaluation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating across teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Prior experience in a managerial or operational role, preferably within a nonprofit setting, will be an advantage.
