Role Description
The Manager of Influencer Marketing will oversee the creation and execution of influencer campaigns to build brand presence and engagement. Responsibilities include identifying and building relationships with key influencers, managing campaign strategies, analyzing performance metrics, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring alignment with brand goals. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Influencer Marketing, Campaign Management, and Content Creation
- Proficiency in Social Media Strategy, Analytics, and Performance Tracking with tools for campaign measurement
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key influencers and collaborate with marketing teams
- Strong organizational, project management, and leadership skills
- Passion for brand building and developing creative marketing initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with the lifestyle, fashion, or automotive industry is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
