🔹 About the Role
We are looking for an experienced AI Manager to lead and manage AI/ML initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of scalable and high-quality AI solutions. This role combines technical expertise, team leadership, and project delivery, with a focus on driving business impact through AI.
You will be responsible for managing AI projects, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
🧠 Team & Project Management
- Lead and manage a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists
- Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of projects
- Conduct performance reviews, mentoring, and feedback sessions
- Manage multiple AI projects simultaneously
⚙️ Technical Oversight
- Provide technical guidance on:
- Machine learning and deep learning models
- Model training, evaluation, and optimization
- Review and ensure:
- Model performance and accuracy
- Code quality and adherence to best practices
- Support architectural and design decisions
🚀 Delivery & Execution
- Oversee the complete AI project lifecycle:
- Requirement gathering
- Development
- Deployment and monitoring
- Ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and production-ready
👥 Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams
- Translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions
- Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes effectively
🔹 Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field
- 10–12+ years of experience in AI/ML
- Proven experience in team leadership and project management
- Strong understanding of:
- Machine learning and deep learning concepts
- Model development lifecycle
- Hands-on experience with:
- Python
- PyTorch / TensorFlow
- Knowledge of MLOps and deployment processes
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
🔹 Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with:
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of model optimization and scaling techniques
