Job Position: CNC Programming Manager/Sr.Manager
Responsibilities: Strategy and Planning, Execution of CNC Programming, Process & Developments, Driving Innovation
Key Performance Area:
1. Expertise in Manufacturing Processes, tooling and control. Develop and optimize machining processes, implement lean manufacturing, and identify efficiency gains.
2. Machine set-up and operation of complex prototype and production parts. Specialized in Cutting tools and CNC Programming knowledge. Having a Broad machine knowledge to work with fanuc and siemens controls
3. Overseeing the execution of new processes, automation, or digital transformation initiatives. He have a good machine knowledge in the turning, milling, 5TH Axis & Multi Axis Machines.
4. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce cycle times, minimize costs, and enhance workflow.
5. Drive project execution, manage timelines, budgets, and KPIs to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.
6. To Lead, train, mentor, and motivate CNC Setters, Programmers and Process engineers, fostering skill development.
7. Familiar in all the special process and well knowledge in the special process standards.
8. Developing and maintaining process documentation to ensure clear communication of workflows across teams.
Skill Requirements:
Knowledge in Programming (Mastercam & Espirit Softwares) and machining, Communication and Influence, Trouble Shooting in all the process, Technical knowledge in the machining process.
