Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager - Non-Motor Business, located in Madurai. The Manager will lead the non-motor insurance division, overseeing client acquisition and engagement, designing tailored insurance solutions, and managing relationships with insurance companies. Key responsibilities include business development, maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and achieving sales targets. The role involves close collaboration with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide the best possible coverage.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Non-Motor Insurance, including knowledge of products such as health, life, and property insurance.
- Strong sales, business development, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to assess client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
- Familiarity with insurance regulations and compliance guidelines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities to manage and oversee operations.
- Proficiency in software and tools used in the insurance industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Experience in the insurance sector, particularly with broking firms or in non-motor insurance, is highly desirable.
