THE ROLE
This role will help drive the continuous improvement of the ERP system (NetSuite) and align system and business processes accordingly. It’s a very exciting time to join us and play a key part in delivering this transformation program.
As the systems finance manager you will play a pivotal role in the implementation and continuous improvement of the ERP system and will listen to the business on any additional requirements, implementing these in a timely manner. Building relationships with third party providers is also key, so strong communication and relationship building skills are a must. You will have proven experience working with NetSuite in a global multi-entity, multi-currency environment and a proven track record of implementing and delivering systems projects.
ABOUT THE STORE / TEAM
Sitting within the finance team you will report into the Chief Finance Officer. You will work closely with key stakeholders across the business as well as your colleagues in the technology team.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES)
- Implementation and continuous improvement
- Working with the IT team to design delivery schedules of systems development
- Reviewing systems performance and identifying system issues
- Training and supporting finance team members in the use of financial systems and procedures
- Policy and Control
- Documentation of core NetSuite system including integrations with other systems (master data, approvals, accounts payable processes, banking and payments, credit control processes)
- Maintain and be responsible for financial system master data
- Designing and implementing internal system controls (preventative and detective) to provide quality assurance over financial data
- Management of finance data owners, ensuring data governance for all data
- Reviewing and maintaining all financial systems policies and procedures
Upgrades and Changes
- Managing system upgrades with the IT department
- Take ownership and implement latest systems releases and process optimizations to improve efficiencies in systems landscape
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS)
- Overall experience of 7 to 10 years
- Must have proven experience working with NetSuite in a global multi-entity, multi-currency environment
- Proven track record of implementation and delivering systems projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong system documentation skills
- Experience working in project and BAU environments
- Ability to collaborate and train other finance staff
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to set and work to tight deadlines, meet deadlines whilst maintaining high quality standards
- Collaborative team player spirit who is comfortable working in a fast paced environment
