Role Description
WNY Holidays is hiring a full-time Manager MICE Sales for an on-site position in Mumbai. The role involves managing and driving sales for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, developing tailored proposals, and overseeing event execution. The Manager will work closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless client experience while meeting sales targets and exploring new market opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales Operations skills, including experience in identifying market opportunities and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in Business Planning and understanding the MICE sales lifecycle to create strategic proposals and solutions.
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market dynamics and make data-informed decisions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the travel, hospitality, or events sector is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field is preferred.
