We are hiring for a Manager, Merchandising Growth who will help us in building AI First and Product led Replenishment function that will focus on driving high impact / cutting edge projects to create real business impact. In this role, you will utilize data-centric approach to create market insights and customer perspectives, drive efficiency and improve key metrics such as revenues, conversion, costs, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales trends across regions, clusters, and store types
• Continuously fine-tune replenishment logic based on seasonality, sell-through, local demand surges, and emerging trends
• Ensure store-specific assortment by making sure the right and most relevant SKUs (PIDs) are available at each store
• Address store-level availability issues and work with operations teams to resolve gaps
• Work with Category and Merchandising teams to optimize space allocation across fixtures and store layouts
• Customize store-wise planograms and inventory mix to maximize sales per square foot
• Balance best sellers, newness, and core assortment for each store based on footfall and sales patterns
• Ensure smooth flow of inventory between warehouses and stores

Skills & Experience Required:

• 2-4 years of experience in high growth startups (FMCG/ Retail/ Consumer or Ecommerce)
• Educational background- MBA/ B.Tech from Tier 1/Tier 2 Institutes preferred
• Experience in planning & executing Growth charters around Replenishment, Inventory Planning, etc.
• Strong first-principle problem-solving skills
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Right Attitude with hunger to grow
• AI-first in their thinking
