Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and domestic buyers.
- Manage product development from sampling to bulk production in coordination with design, production, and quality teams.
- Source fabrics, trims, and accessories suitable for the domestic knitwear market.
- Plan and monitor the T&A (Time & Action) calendar to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Prepare costing sheets and negotiate prices with buyers and suppliers to ensure profitability.
- Coordinate closely with the production team to track order status, manage approvals, and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
- Maintain strong relationships with domestic retailers, wholesalers, and brand representatives.
- Ensure quality standards and buyer requirements are met throughout the process.
- Generate periodic reports on order status, buyer feedback, and merchandising KPIs.
