🔥Job Title: Manager - Medical Science Liaison (MSL) - Clinical Engagement

⚠️MANDATORY CRITICAL MATCH CRITERIA (READ FIRST):
✅Experience: 2+ years of dedicated experience in doctor-facing roles (KOL engagement). A stable career history is strictly required.
✅Education: MBBS / BDS / B.Pharm / Pharm D.
✅Core Skills: Hands-on experience executing at least TWO of the following: Clinical trial data presentation, Hospital formulary approval, CME/CNE delivery, or Clinical workflow integration.
✅Software/Tools: Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce/Veeva) and Microsoft Office Suite.
✅Communication: Exceptional English skills for mandatory daily technical coordination with internal R&D and Clinical teams.
✅Logistics: 100% On-field (Travel-based) role with a requirement to be mobile for 15+ days per month.
🚀Position Overview You will serve as the primary clinical bridge between the medical community, driving adoption of our patient safety solutions. You will translate complex clinical research into actionable insights for Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

✔️KOL Engagement: Cultivate long-term, trust-based relationships with medical directors and senior clinicians.
✔️Clinical Advocacy: Present clinical evidence and research findings to secure hospital protocol integration.
✔️Workflow Support: Educate nursing and medical staff through formal CNE/CME sessions.
✔️Product Feedback: Relay real-world clinical performance data to R&D for product enhancement.
✔️Strategic Reporting: Maintain precise interaction logs and report clinical impact metrics to leadership.
