This position is responsible for providing technical expertise and scientific leadership to enhance scientific understanding of products in the Therapy Area and related clinical practice trends and research outcomes amongst internal stakeholders, Marketing and Sales Team of the Business and external stakeholders - HCPs. The position is responsible for KOL engagement, insight generation, planning and execution of medical tactics, trainings for the Sales team, distributors’ employees and customers. The position also provides scientific inputs for marketing and promotional activities for new and existing products in the therapy area.
INDICATIVE KEY RESULT AREAS (KRAs)
- Devise and execute robust MA plan for assigned therapy area/products as per identified TA need as aligned with Director MA&CA and cross-functions
- Timely response to scientific queries from sales team and customers.
- Prepare and review draft technical content for training collaterals, as per specified timelines and guidelines.
- Review of Promotional material within TAT
- Conduct target number of HCP training sessions and scientific engagements
- Conduct target number of training sessions for Sales Team and Distributors’ employees of assigned business / therapy area
