Job Overview


We are looking for a dynamic and response-oriented professional for the role of Manager – Media Marketing & CRM with experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in post-sales CRM, customer engagement, and campaign management, ensuring seamless customer experience along with effective marketing execution.


Key Responsibilities


  • Media Marketing:

Strategise, Plan and execute effective media marketing campaigns (Digital, Print, Outdoor, Events) across multiple platforms

Manage media assets, creatives, and overall brand communication



  • Post-Sales CRM:

Manage client onboarding, payment follow-ups, and query resolution

Handle documentation including agreements, allotment letters, and possession paperwork

Ensure effective customer engagement, coordination with internal teams, and complaint resolution


Key Requirements

2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Marketing & Post-Sales CRM

Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills

Experience in campaign execution and customer lifecycle management

Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools


Preferred Skills

Experience in customer retention and engagement strategies

Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms

Strong problem-solving and client-handling abilities
