Position: Manager - Mechanical & NDT

Roles & Responsibilities
Implementation of ISO/IEC 17025 Systems - Responsible for Technical & Quality System Documentation.
Responsible for review of request, tender & Contracts.
Responsible for selection, verification & development of methods
Responsible for analysis of results which includes the customer’s requirement of statement of conformity or opinions & interpretations in mechanical & NDT discipline
Responsible for addressing the client with their technical queries and interaction with report status
Responsible for managing the day-to-day laboratory n site execution (Testing and Reporting) activities including subcontractor testing & report on time.
Responsible for tender review and participation of the same.
Monitoring of all testing activities of the laboratory as per the laid down documents & policies.
For Field tests: Responsible for site visits to execution procedure including handling of sub-vendors and clients including techno-commercial offer.
New test development
Purchase & Maintenance (Service & Calibration)
On site and Lab meeting with clients
Man Management
Responsible for consistent improvement of technical team
Responsible for overall technical operation of the laboratory.
