Souled Store is a homegrown youth casual-wear brand founded in 2013. Today, we are one of India’s largest online merchandising platforms, with licensing partnerships including Disney, Warner Bros., WWE, IPL and Viacom18 among others. We create products inspired by pop culture - superheroes, movies,TV shows cartoons—while also staying deeply rooted in evolving youth fashion and lifestyle trends. Alongside our core men’s and women’s apparel categories, we are actively expanding into new product lines such as activewear, Supima products, personal care (perfumes), footwear and backpacks. While we began as a digital-first brand, we have steadily expanded into offline retail and currently operate 70+ stores across India, with further pan-India expansion underway. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end operations across marketplaces (Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Strong understanding of marketplace functions, especially Myntra, Ajio, and Nykaa
- Own pricing strategy and P&L management to ensure profitability
- Handle and resolve operational issues with a hands-on approach
- Oversee product listings, catalog quality, and ensure proper product QC
- Analyze returns and conduct RCA (Root Cause Analysis) to reduce return rates
- Plan and manage ads/campaigns across marketplaces to drive visibility and sales
- Drive GMV growth and achieve revenue targets
- Monitor key metrics: conversion rate, returns, RTO, and sell-through
- Coordinate with internal teams (planning, marketing, supply chain)
- Work closely with marketplace account managers for growth opportunities
- Identify and implement growth levers across categories
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in marketplace operations (Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa preferred)
- Hands-on experience in pricing, P&L management, and campaign planning
- Good knowledge of product listings and catalog management
- Strong analytical skills with experience in returns RCA
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced preferred)
- Problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach
- Good communication and stakeholder management
Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce / marketplace operations
- Prior experience in fashion/lifestyle category is a plus
