Role Description
The Manager - Marketing & Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. The role will involve developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies to enhance visibility, drive customer engagement, and achieve sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying market trends, managing promotional campaigns, analyzing sales data, building strong customer relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Marketing skills, including strategic planning, brand management, and digital marketing expertise
- Sales skills, including client relationship management, lead generation, and negotiation
- Analytical skills, including data analysis, market research, and performance measurement
- Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and familiarity with marketing analytics tools
- Proven track record in managing marketing and sales initiatives across healthcare or similar sectors is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
