Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Manager Marketing & Operations with Rise Solutions. The individual in this role will plan and execute marketing strategies, oversee operational activities, and ensure streamlined coordination between the marketing and operations functions. Key responsibilities include managing marketing campaigns, rental sales, optimizing operations processes, analyzing marketing performance metrics, and implementing automation tools to enhance efficiency. Collaboration with internal teams and clients will be essential to achieve business objectives and improve service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify new clients, build a robust database, and generate leads in construction and infrastructure sectors.
- Rental Management: Handle inquiries, prepare competitive quotations, and finalize contracts for tower crane rentals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis & Reporting: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to inform sales tactics and submit forecasts to senior management.
- Operational Coordination: Coordinate with internal logistics and site teams to ensure prompt delivery, installation, and maintenance of cranes.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual rental revenue targets.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in sales, specifically within crane rental, heavy equipment, or the construction sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, ability to read technical specifications, and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
