Join our dynamic Manufacturing team and drive operational excellence! We're seeking a Manufacturing Production Planning & Control Professional to optimize our production processes and lead supply chain efficiency initiatives.
What will you do:
- Lead and optimize the Master Production Schedule, managing forecasts, workload capacity, and supplier coordination
- Drive Distribution Requirement Planning and Manufacturing Production Scheduling to enhance plant performance
- Coordinate material flows from suppliers to workshop and finished goods to distribution centers
- Ensure quality and consistency of supply chain parameters including lead times, quantities, and stocking policies
- Research and implement process improvements to enhance production capabilities

Key Responsibilities
Share forecasts and secure timely supply commitments to support production and delivery plans.
Serve as the bridge between SE and Customer to ensure seamless communication, alignment, and operational readiness during production ramp‑up.
Conduct regular CTB (Capacity to Build) reviews to confirm build readiness for the committed plan.
Identify risks in material supply, capacity, or production schedules; escalate issues promptly to ensure continuity.
Track adherence to committed supply schedules and follow up for recovery in case of delays.
Maintain end‑to‑end visibility across demand, supply, production readiness, and shipment plans.
Monitor Customer KPI and Ensure adherence
Skills & Qualifications
3–7 years of experience in supply chain planning, demand–supply coordination, or production planning.
Strong knowledge of CTB reviews, and PO management.
Excellent communication and cross‑functional coordination skills.
Experience Working With External Manufacturing Partners Preferred.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred).
