Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Chennai Area for a Manager - Manufacturing, to lead machining operations, coordinate with customers, drive production schedules, manage subcontracting activities, and ensure smooth day-to-day manufacturing performance.
The role requires strong leadership, customer coordination capability, production planning expertise, and the ability to drive operational discipline across the machining division.
Qualifications
Diploma / BE Mechanical Engineering
10+ years of experience in machining operations
Experience in automotive or industrial engineering components preferred
Exposure to CNC machining environments is an advantage(preferred)
