Role Description
The Manager – Management Consulting is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. This position involves leading consulting engagements for small and medium businesses by diagnosing client needs, designing strategic solutions, and driving implementation to improve business performance and profitability.
The Manager will oversee projects related to business process reengineering, business planning, organizational structuring, and market strategy development. Daily responsibilities include managing consulting teams, coordinating with clients, preparing proposals and reports, and presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
The role also requires collaborating across functions to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives, while contributing to Bramma's knowledge base and service development.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, conduct business diagnostics, and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in management consulting or business consulting, preferably with exposure to small and medium businesses.
- Demonstrated project management skills, including planning, coordinating resources, and managing multiple consulting engagements.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in business process reengineering, organisational design, business strategy, or organisational development is highly desirable.
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi, manage consulting teams, and build long-term client relationships.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, business assessments, and project implementation across locations as required.
- Proficiency in both English and Malayalam (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- High level of integrity, adaptability, and a problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on client success and continuous improvement.
