One of the Big4s is seeking an experienced professional to join their M&A Team specializing in Business Operations and Operational Due Diligence. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, cross-border transactions and drive value creation through deal transformation and integration initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage operational due diligence and M&A transformation engagements
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality and timelines
- Manage team performance, resource allocation, and stakeholder relationships
- Support integration, carve-out, and synergy assessment projects
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across multiple geographies
- Drive team development, training, and capability building
- Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and practice growth
- Ensure strong risk management and quality control across engagements
Requirements
- CA with 8+ years of relevant experience
- 5–6 years of core experience in Transaction Services / M&A
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage client relationships
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of visualization tools is a plus
- Exposure to international/offshore engagements preferred
