We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Manager โ Legal (Non-Litigation) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, and legal documents
Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
Providing legal support to business and operational teams
Managing corporate legal documentation and records
Coordinating with external counsels and regulatory authorities when required
Advising management on legal risks and compliance matters
Desired Candidate Profile
LLB / LLM from a recognized university
5+ years of experience in corporate legal and non-litigation matters
Strong knowledge of contract management and corporate compliance
Excellent drafting and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
