Identify lapses in business and operation functions of BFL for both legal and compliance related issues.Work closely with internal teams to ensure the relevant legal and regulatory requirements are well understood and are reflected in the relevant documentation and internal procedures and processes.Review all standard Documentation from time to time and address any deficiencies in the same.Responsible for audit planning

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure the relevant legal and regulatory requirements are well understood and are reflected in the relevant documentation and internal procedures and processes.
- Review all standard Documentation from time to time and address any deficiencies in the same.
- Responsible for audit planning, execution & reporting
- Provide practical & value-added solutions to issues identified
- Abreast oneself on changes in laws and regulations from time to time.
- Work on complaints and disputes and take up with respective teams for resolution when required
- Travel at short notice on the work and support the growth environment of the Company.Required Qualifications and Experience
- Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary. Law Graduate will be an added advantage.
- Total 8 to 10 years PQE (relevant Banking and Financial industry PQE should be at least 5 years).
- Should have worked for reputed Banks/Financial Institutions with diverse fields of business interests.
- Excellent analytical & communication skills, clarity of thoughts and perseverance.
