Job Description
Drive leasing volume growth and profitability across retail, corporate and fleet segments through
competitive product propositions and disciplined execution.
- Develop and manage leasing products and commercial frameworks (finance lease, novated lease,
operating lease) including pricing, residual value strategy, underwriting guardrails and end-of-term
processes.
Own key stakeholders (Risk, Legal, Finance, Operations, IT/Systems and external partners) to ensure
compliant, scalable and customer-friendly leasing operations.
Manage end-to-end leasing product lifecycle: concept, business case, approvals, launch, monitoring and
enhancements for finance lease, novated lease and operating lease (dry/wet).
- Define and maintain pricing, residual value assumptions, mileage/usage frameworks, contract terms, and
dealer/customer offers; ensure competitiveness while protecting portfolio returns.
- Establish underwriting and credit policy guardrails with Risk; ensure robust KYC/AML compliance,
documentation standards, and exception governance.
