Job Description
Kromex Manager – Printing Department
Location: Kundli, Sonipat
Industry: Automobile Manufacturing (OEM Supplier)
Salary: 10-12 Lpa
Experience: 8–15 Years in Automobile / Auto Accessories Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complete Kromex letter and emblem development activities
- Handle development and production of Kromex letters, logos, monograms, and branding parts
- Handle OEM customer requirements, approvals, and quality expectations
- Manage printing, chrome finishing, adhesion, and appearance quality
- Coordinate with production, tooling, paint shop, quality, and dispatch teams
- Ensure compliance with OEM standards and customer specifications
- Monitor productivity, rejection control, and process improvements
- Handle customer audits, line trials, and technical discussions
- Maintain documentation, process parameters, and quality records
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong knowledge of Kromex letters manufacturing and printing processes
- Knowledge of printing, painting, vacuum metallizing/chrome finish processes preferred
- Experience handling OEM customers in automobile industry
- Leadership and team handling capability
- Good problem-solving and process improvement skills
Qualification:
Diploma / B.Tech / Engineering Graduate preferred
Experience:
8–15 Years in Automobile / Auto Accessories Manufacturing
