Roles and Responsibilities
- New branch premise identification, Negotiation, TSR, Agreement Execution.
- Layout and BOQ finalisation and obtain necessary approval.
- Maintain Project tracker and regular reporting.
- Keep track of project budget.
- Manage adhoc projects assigned from time to time.
- Procurement of Non-IT assets for branches
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across all locations.
- Repair & maintenance and upkeep of Existing branches
- Compliance : Ensure S&E certificate, GWM certificate, Bullion Weight certificate renewal before Expiry
- Lease agreement Renewed before expiry
- Fire Extinguishers replaced before expiry
- Adhoc administration work
Desired Candidate Profile
- 6-8 years of experience in New branch setup, Branch maintenance or a related field.
- Strong understanding of New branch setup, Repair & Maintenance.
- Excellent co-ordination, follow-ups, organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
