Job Description:
· Sales and Marketing of Mid-Size Excavators and Wheel Loaders
· Leading the dealer team by example of quick closure of orders
· Active Creation of Sales pipeline & management
· Monitoring, mentoring & developing the dealer sales team to maximize output.
· Gathering market intelligence & keeping a tab on demand drives
Job Responsibilities:
· Responsible for achieving Annual business plan signed with the dealerships.
· Motivated and strategically lead the dealership team in the assigned territory by acquiring potential customers.
Required Skills:
· Experience of at least 3 to 9 years in sales of mid-size excavators
· Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills & Personality
· Ability to Network and build Contacts.
