Job Purpose
This role drives
cross functional coordination with Customer Success, Sales, Support and Operations while applying
deep EC product expertise to eliminate gaps, validate readiness, and ensure consistent compliance maturity across multiple customers.
The role blends
program leadership,
technical authority, and
customer facing governance, ensuring every environment meets required compliance standards.
What You Will Do
- Own the compliance lifecycle end‑to‑end, including identifying gaps, defining remediation plans, validating fixes, and certifying compliance.
- Coordinate with Customer Success, Sales, Support, Operations, and Evergreen teams to align plans, dependencies, and expectations.
- Communicate compliance status, risks, blockers, and progress clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform EC technical validation, troubleshooting, configuration/data reviews, and guide remediation using expertise in Java, Oracle PL/SQL, and EC workflows.
- Build and enhance compliance frameworks, documentation, and repeatable processes to accelerate compliance achievement.
- Mentor and manage the Compliance Enablement team to deliver consistent, high‑quality outcomes across multiple customer environments.
- Report to EC SaaS Evergreen Program Manager, providing status updates, escalations, and insights for program‑level governance
What To Bring
- A bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 12–15 years of experience in enterprise software delivery, governance, program management, or customer‑facing technical roles.
- 7+ years of hands‑on experience with Energy Components (EC) across implementation, support, or upgrades.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in customer‑facing scenarios.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, environments, and workstreams effectively.
- Experience mentoring, guiding, or leading teams to achieve high‑quality delivery.
- Oil & Gas or Hydrocarbon Accounting domain experience.
- (Nice to have) Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
