Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager of Human Resources Technology, based in the Pune Division. The role involves managing and optimizing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to align with organizational goals. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, analyzing data to support decision-making, managing employee benefits, and collaborating with HR teams to improve processes and ensure compliance. The Manager will also be responsible for training users on HR systems and acting as a liaison between HR and IT teams.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and proficiency in HR operations
- Experience in implementing and managing HR policies to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational goals
- Proven analytical skills and the ability to use data for strategic decision-making
- In-depth knowledge of Employee Benefits and managing programs that align with workforce engagement goals
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- A master's degree or relevant certification in HR/HR technology is a strong advantage
- Experience managing HR technology projects is preferred
