Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned HR professional to lead and manage the overall HR function, with strong expertise in industrial relations and large-scale manpower management. The role demands excellent capability in sourcing and managing Hindi-speaking labour workforce, along with strategic HR leadership in a manufacturing/industrial setup.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, IR, administration, and compliance
2. Develop and execute manpower planning strategies, especially for sourcing Hindi-speaking labour workforce
3. Build strong sourcing channels across North India for bulk hiring
4. Manage contractor workforce, vendor relationships, and labour supply chain
5. Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development initiatives
6. Ensure full compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and audits
7. Drive industrial relations, union handling, and grievance management
8. Formulate and implement HR policies, systems, and procedures
9. Monitor payroll inputs, attendance systems, and HR MIS reports
10. Act as a strategic partner to management for organizational development and workforce planning
Key Requirements:
Ø MBA in Human Resources / MSW from a recognized institution
Ø 10–20 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing/industrial environment
Ø Strong experience in handling large blue-collar workforce
Ø Proven expertise in sourcing and managing Hindi-speaking labour workforce
Ø Strong network and hiring experience across North India
Ø Fluency in Hindi (speaking and writing) is mandatory
Ø In-depth knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and IR practices
Ø Experience in union handling and industrial relations is essential
Ø Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills:
v Experience in multi-location workforce management
v Exposure to high-volume recruitment and manpower planning
v Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
v Experience in the food industry will be an added advantage
v Ability to drive HR transformation and process improvements
