Manager – HR (Rewards & Analytics)

About the Role
We’re looking for someone who can bring structure, accuracy, and sharp thinking to core HR processes.
This role owns Rewards, Payroll, HR Analytics, Compliance, Systems, and Policies—ensuring everything is compliant, data-driven, and continuously improving.
You won’t just execute processes—you’ll strengthen them, question them, and upgrade them with an outside-in perspective.
What You’ll Own
💰 Rewards & Benefits (precision is non-negotiable)
- Design and manage compensation structures, benchmarking, and revisions
- Own benefits portfolio (insurance, wellness, etc.) and continuously enhance it
- Own end-to-end payroll with absolute accuracy and timeliness
- Partner with Finance for reconciliations, audits, and financial accuracy
📊 HR Analytics (data that drives decisions, not decks)
- Build and own HR dashboards across headcount, cost, attrition, productivity
- Track key HR metrics, identify trends, and translate data into clear, actionable insights
- Drive data integrity and consistency across all HR reports
📋 Compliance & Governance (no surprises, ever)
- Ensure adherence to all labour laws and statutory requirements
- Act as the governance anchor—minimising risk and ensuring policy adherence
- Stay ahead of regulatory changes and implement them proactively
⚙️ HR Systems (build for scale, not patchwork)
- Lead HRMS implementation, optimization, and adoption
- Eliminate manual dependencies and drive process automation
- Ensure clean, accurate, and reliable employee data
📜 Policies, Benchmarking & Outside-In Thinking (raise the bar)
- Own the lifecycle of HR policies—creation, review, updates, and communication
- Bring an outside-in perspective—what better companies are doing, and how we can do it better
- Ensure policies are practical, scalable, and aligned to business realities
What We’re Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience in Total Rewards, Payroll, and HR Operations
- Deep understanding of statutory compliances and labour laws
- High comfort with HR Analytics, dashboards, and data interpretation
- Experience in HRMS implementation or system transformation
- Proven ability to review, benchmark, and upgrade HR policies
- High attention to detail—nothing slips through
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to push back and challenge
- Someone who prefers fixing broken systems over working around them
