Job Summary
IMS Group is looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage and lead all HR functions during the night shift. The role requires a strong HR professional with proven leadership experience, capable of handling recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management while supporting business objectives.
Experience Requirement
- Total HR Experience: 7–10 years
- Leadership Experience: 2–4 years in a people management or HR leadership role
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for night shift operations
- Partner with business leaders for workforce planning and hiring strategy
HR Operations & Compliance
- Manage onboarding, documentation, payroll coordination, and exit formalities
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and statutory compliance
- Maintain HR MIS and employee records
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters
- Drive engagement initiatives and retention strategies for night shift teams
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture
Performance Management
- Manage performance appraisal cycles and goal-setting processes
- Coach managers on feedback, productivity, and performance improvement
Policy Implementation & Governance
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and SOPs
- Ensure discipline and ethical conduct across teams
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives
- Support leadership development programs
Reporting & Stakeholder Management
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management
- Coordinate with day-shift HR and leadership teams
Qualifications & Skills
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification
- 7–10 years of HR experience with 2–4 years in a leadership role
- Experience in BPO/KPO/ITeS or night shift operations preferred
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Willingness to work permanent night shifts
