Job details:
• Undertaking market and business discovery activities to enable formation of strategic recommendations on key organizational and HR transformation initiatives.
• Liaising with the HR function is defining a HR transformation roadmap that align with the organization’s strategy
• Liaising with divisional and functional leaders to ensure alignment of priorities with the overall strategic objectives.
• Implementing scalable operational frameworks, processes, and policies to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance across departments.
• Driving the scoping, planning activities of key strategic projects including the definition of strategic outcomes targeted. Strategic Project Management and HR transformation
• Managing the adoption and consistent application of project and portfolio management processes and tools, to help track the delivery of HR transformation and other strategic projects against KPIs
• Closely tracking workstreams and initiatives, documenting performance vs key milestones and driving the outcomes targeted from these projects
• Developing and improving our approach to program, project, and change management in support of the strategic planning cycle for relevant investments for GBS
• Managing process improvement initiatives within the HR function by evaluating existing practices in areas such as recruitment, talent management, learning & development and Business HR and identifying opportunities for enhancement and recommending effective solutions for streamlining those processes
• Driving the implementation of key HR systems such as HRIS to effectively implement target processes and defining a robust and transparent governance mechanism around reporting of key KPIs and metrics.
• Acting as a relationship manager with key integral stakeholders and clearly conveying project status and issues, constraints, risks, and plans to all audience levels, with an understanding of the impact of problems across the organization and facilitating collaborative solutions.
Skills & Competencies:
• Project Management: A strong background and experience in overseeing projects, creating detailed project plans, and managing budgets, timelines, and communication plans and expertise in agile project management methodologies and practices.
• Domain knowledge: Experience in working on HR transformation projects involving the following aspects:
✓ Good understanding of HR functions such as recruitment, talent management, Rewards management, learning & development, and Business HR.
✓ Analyzing, redesigning, and streamlining HR processes.
✓ Core HRIS implementation of best-in-class systems such as Workday, Successfactors etc.
✓ Leveraging HR data for insights, baselining and measuring transformation success
