WHO ARE WE: Tata Steel Foundation is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Steel Limited and was instituted on August 16, 2016. Purpose of the Role:
The individual will serve as a key strategic partner, responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the people function. This role leads entire talent lifecycle from onboarding to exit, fostering a high-performance culture, ensuring talent retention, aligned with the organization’s growth objectives. The candidate should be a dynamic, proactive and result oriented.
Key Deliverables:
Functional Competencies: Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits Management, Employee Relations & Labour Law Compliance, HRIS & HR Operations, Change Management.

Minimum Qualification: Full time Master’s in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Work experience in years: 3-10 years of relevant experience post master’s in human resource management or equivalent.
