We are seeking an experienced Manager - HR Operations to ensure seamless execution of HR processes, compliance, and employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will drive HR operational excellence, implement HR policies, and support organizational growth through efficient HR Process administration.
Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in HRMS systems, payroll software, and HR analytics tools (preferred).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in process optimization and automation in HR functions.
- Knowledge of HR technology trends and implementation.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple processes and timeline effectively.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR technology platforms.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Master’s will be additional advantage
Experience: 8 to10 years of experience in HR Operations primariliy into Payroll & compliance
