Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Manager - HR & Operations. The role involves leading HR policies and operations, overseeing day-to-day HR management, managing employee relations, and ensuring organizational compliance with employment laws. The Manager will also develop and execute HR strategies to support organizational growth and foster a positive workplace culture. Collaboration with senior management to align HR initiatives with business goals is a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), including recruitment, performance management, and employee lifecycle processes
- Strong expertise in HR Operations and implementing HR Policies
- Demonstrated experience in HR Management and team leadership
- Knowledge and skills in fostering positive Employee Relations and resolving workplace issues effectively
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and contribute to organizational goals
- Experience in the financial services industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is preferred)
