Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and manage the overall HR function across multiple business units. The candidate should have strong expertise in HR operations, statutory compliance, labor laws, and Recruitment, ensuring smooth HR processes and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations Management
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations across all group companies
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and systems
- Ensure smooth onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and exit processes
2. Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory requirements
- Handle compliance related to PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Factory Act, Shops & Establishment Act
- Liaise with government authorities and manage audits/inspections
3. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling:
- Address employee grievances and maintain a healthy work environment
- Implement employee engagement initiatives
- Manage disciplinary actions and conflict resolution
4. Recruitment & Talent Management:
- Lead recruitment strategies for all levels across the group
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
- Ensure timely hiring of quality candidates
5. Payroll & Compensation:
- Supervise payroll processes ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Monitor compensation structures, benefits, and statutory deductions
6. Policy Development & Implementation:
- Design and update HR policies aligned with business objectives
- Ensure policy communication and adherence across all units
7. Performance Management:
- Drive performance appraisal systems and KPI tracking
- Support leadership in talent development and succession planning
8. HR Reporting & MIS
- Prepare HR dashboards and reports for management review
- Analyze HR data to support strategic decision-making
Key Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of HR Operations, Recruitment , Statutory Compliance, Labour Laws & Factory Act
- In-depth understanding of Experience in handling PF, ESIC, Bonus, and other statutory compliances & Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience in multi-location or group company structure preferred
- Strong exposure to industrial relations and compliance management
