Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Manager HR role located in Ahmedabad. The Manager HR will oversee recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. Responsibilities include identifying talent needs, developing HR policies, fostering positive workplace culture, conducting training sessions, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. The Manager HR will play a key role in supporting business objectives by aligning HR strategies with organizational goals and offering strategic insights into workforce planning.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Onboarding
- Experience in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Workplace Culture Development
- Strong knowledge of HR Legal Compliance, Policies, and Labor Laws in India
- Skills in Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Organizational Development
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and other HR Technology tools
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certification in HR (e.g., SHRM or PHR) is a plus
- Proven experience in HR management, particularly in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain sectors is advantageous
