- Human Resources professional with 10+ years of experience specializing in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Employee Lifecycle Management.
- Strong background in end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, induction, employee relations, documentation, grievance handling, and exit management
- Effectively manage Employee relation
- End to end Talent acquisition from sourcing, CV shortlisting, scheduling, defining grade and salary fitment and handling salary negotiations
- Drafting and Managing vendor contracts for recruitment purpose
- Conduct pre-employment medical checkup, issue appointment letter and receive acceptance of candidate
- Maintain data related to open positions and status of recruitment on real time basis
- Performance Management system and Reward management for entire Green Energy business
- Conceptualize, design and deliver induction program for new joiners
- Define and determine the Organization design for the upcoming units and businesses
- Streamline the reporting structure to optimize the resources available
