About us

Forever Distillery is a fast-growing, integrated spirits and ethanol company operating a 200 KLPD multi-feed distillery in Deoria, Uttar Pradesh. Alongside Ethanol and ENA production, we bottle and market our own country liquor brands, and undertake contract bottling for Radico Khaitan (country liquor) and Allied Blenders & Distillers (IMFL). We are building a scalable, future-ready platform across industrial alcohol and spirits, with a strong focus on growth and expansion.

The role

We are seeking an experienced Manager / Head – Bottling Operations to lead end-to-end bottling operations for Country Liquor and Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL). The role requires strong execution capability, production discipline, and hands-on leadership of bottling lines, manpower, and dispatch operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end bottling operations for country liquor and IMFL
• Plan, schedule, and execute daily production targets and bottling plans
• Ensure smooth coordination of production, manpower, and bottling line operations
• Oversee dispatch planning, loading, and timely delivery of finished goods
• Manage UP Excise licensing and compliance work (manual processes and online portal systems)
• Ensure strict adherence to excise rules, batch tracking, documentation, and statutory requirements
• Drive operational efficiency, line utilization, and minimal downtime
• Lead and manage bottling team and contract/manpower workforce on ground
• Ensure proper coordination with warehouse, excise, QA, and logistics teams

Who we're looking for

• BSc / MSc / DIFAT degree
• 12–15 years of experience in bottling operations (country liquor / IMFL preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of UP Excise licensing, both manual and online systems
• Proven experience in production planning, execution, and dispatch management
• Hands-on leader who can manage plant-floor execution and manpower effectively
• Strong operational discipline and ability to deliver daily/weekly production targets
