We're hiring a Manager — Growth & Partnerships to identify, build, and grow strategic partnerships that expand QuickShift's reach and revenue.
What You'll Do
Identify, pitch, and onboard new strategic partners — including D2C brands, marketplaces, technology platforms, and logistics aggregators
Own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle — from prospecting and negotiations to onboarding and growth
Build and manage a robust pipeline of partnership opportunities aligned with QuickShift's business objectives
Work closely with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to design partnership models, commercial structures, and co-GTM strategies
Drive revenue growth through channel partnerships, referral programmes, and alliance-led business development
Manage existing partner relationships to ensure retention, satisfaction, and wallet share expansion
Track partnership performance through KPIs, MIS reporting, and regular business reviews
Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to identify new partnership avenues
Represent QuickShift at industry events, forums, and networking platforms to build brand presence and pipeline
What You Bring
3–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or growth roles — preferably in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or SaaS
Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships that drive measurable revenue
Strong understanding of D2C, B2B, and B2C supply chain ecosystems
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously
Self-driven with a hunter mindset and strong commercial acumen
Nice to Have
Experience with logistics technology platforms or marketplace integrations
Exposure to co-marketing or channel sales programmes
Comfort with data, analytics, and CRM tools for pipeline management
