Manager – CEO's Office (Growth & Operations)
Mumbai | Leadership Track Role
Reporting to: Founder & CEO
CTC - 24 - 30 lakhs

As Yangpoo enters its next phase of growth, international expansion, and operational scale, we are seeking an ambitious and highly capable professional to join the CEO's Office and work directly with the Founder & CEO on strategic growth, execution, business operations, and organizational effectiveness.
The Opportunity
This is not an Executive Assistant role.
This is not a traditional Operations role.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact leadership track position for an individual who wants to work closely with the Founder & CEO and gain exposure to business strategy, growth initiatives, sales execution, partnerships, operational excellence, and leadership decision-making.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems, driving execution, improving processes, and ensuring that strategic priorities get translated into measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
CEO's Office & Strategic Execution
- Work directly with the Founder & CEO on strategic initiatives and business priorities
- Drive execution of key organizational projects and growth initiatives
- Monitor progress of critical business objectives and ensure timely completion
- Prepare leadership briefs, review documents, business updates, and presentations
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across teams
Growth & Business Operations
- Support business growth initiatives across institutional partnerships, executive education, and strategic business verticals
- Track revenue performance, business metrics, and growth opportunities
- Support new market, product, and partnership initiatives
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend improvements
Revenue Operations & Business Intelligence
- Build and maintain leadership dashboards and business performance reports
- Track targets, pipeline movement, revenue forecasts, and key business metrics
- Generate actionable insights through business analytics and performance reviews
- Support leadership in business planning and decision-making
Cross-Functional Leadership Support
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Client Success, and Academic Partnership teams
- Drive accountability, follow-ups, and action-point closures
- Ensure smooth execution of key business priorities across functions
- Improve organizational communication and coordination
Process Excellence & Scalability
- Develop and improve business processes, systems, and operating mechanisms
- Support CRM governance and reporting discipline
- Build scalable frameworks to support future growth
- Drive operational excellence across the organization
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for professionals who possess:
- MBA from a reputed institution mandatory
- 8–15 years of overall experience
- Strong business acumen and commercial orientation
- Experience in Growth, Business Operations, Founder’s Office, Strategy, Consulting, Revenue Operations, or Business Excellence roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- High ownership mindset and execution discipline
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
