At the intersection of science, strategy, and capital, we’re looking for someone who can drive funding initiatives and build meaningful collaborations across the healthcare and biotech ecosystem. This role is an on-site role in Hyderabad, ideal for professionals passionate about drug development, innovation funding, and strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Build stage-wise funding strategies across preclinical, clinical, regulatory, and commercialization phases
- Identify and track grants, venture debt, public funding schemes, and global opportunities
- Lead end-to-end grant writing, proposal development, and funding applications
- Translate complex scientific and regulatory data into compelling funding narratives
- Develop financial models, budgets, and milestone-based execution plans
- Build a strong pipeline of collaborators across academia, research labs, and industry
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs from R&D, regulatory, finance, and leadership teams
- Support post-award execution, compliance, and reporting
Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM (Strategy, Finance, Pharma, Biotech)
- OR M.Pharm / PharmD / MSc / MTech / PhD with strong business/funding exposure
- Strong strategic thinking + analytical mindset
- Experience or interest in grant writing, funding strategy, or biotech consulting
- Ability to work across scientific and business domains
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and research platforms
- 2 to 5 years experience
