Role Description
We are seeking a Manager - Google and Meta Ads for a full-time, on-site role located in Mohali district. The Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. Day-to-day tasks include data analysis, campaign performance assessment, budgeting, collaborating with clients or team members to align on marketing objectives, and providing actionable insights to drive ROI. The role involves overseeing project workflows while ensuring the achievement of key performance goals and high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data, monitoring performance metrics, and deriving actionable insights
- Excellent Communication skills for client interactions, team collaboration, and reporting results
- Proficiency in Marketing concepts, especially digital marketing strategies for platforms such as Google and Meta Ads
- Sales-oriented mindset to drive lead generation and achieve advertising targets
- Project Management skills to oversee campaigns, manage schedules, and ensure timely execution of deliverables
- Familiarity with advertising tools like Google Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite is a plus
- Proven experience in digital advertising, preferably in high-performance marketing roles
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
