Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Noida for a Franchise Sales Manager. The role involves driving franchise sales, identifying and developing potential franchisees, and managing the end-to-end franchising process. Key responsibilities include generating leads, conducting business planning sessions, building strong client relationships, and ensuring franchise partner success. The role will also involve collaboration with internal teams to align strategies and achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Franchise Sales, Business Planning, and Franchising
- Strong skills in Lead Generation and building robust sales pipelines
- Excellent Communication and relationship management skills
- Strategic thinking ability and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in B2B sales or franchise management is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
