This opprtunity is with our client based in Hyderabad. Client is looking for someone to understand the business and operational needs for their finance activities. The work would also involve working closely with the clients in India and with the parent entity Finance folks. It also involves to get a full understanding of the business drivers and provide in depth analysis.
Job Description:
Manager FP&A role (Hyderabad)
Work experience: 6 - 12 years post qualification
Desired Qualification: CMA / CA / CA inter with MBA
Work Timings: 5 days work from office || 1pm to 10pm shift
Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Working with the client to work on for preparation of their annual budget and forecasting as may be required
• Preparing monthly reports and variance analysis. Engaging with the clients on a regular basis and making presentations on the monthly results
• Drafting processes for allocations and cost recoveries based on clients’ policies and ensuring monthly allocations.
• Assisting the accounting team for timely closure of monthly/ yearly books for completeness.
• Assisting the accounting team for audit related matters and with internal auditors as required.
• Working and collaborating with Teams and International teams and partners
Unique Knowledge & Skill Requirement:
• Solid knowledge of financial and accounting standards and processes
• • Experience using financial software and tools
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Ability to lead and direct small teams and build relationships with stakeholders
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Differentiating Factor:
We are looking for a person who has the ability to lead and take ownership. Flair for using new-age technology and tools will be an additional advantage.
