Role Overview:We are looking for a finance professional to drive planning, forecasting, and business insights across the organization. This role involves owning financial planning cycles, analyzing performance, and partnering with leadership to enable data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should combine strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset and the ability to influence business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead annual planning, budgeting, and rolling forecast processes
- Analyze financial performance, variances, and business trends
- Build financial models, dashboards, and decision-support tools
- Conduct scenario planning and business risk analysis
- Partner with business teams on financial planning and resource allocation
- Drive financial discipline through data-driven insights and reporting
- Support strategic initiatives, pricing analysis, and cost optimization projects
- Prepare leadership reports and performance tracking metrics
Key Qualifications:Must-Have:
- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, business finance, or financial planning roles
- CA or MBA (Finance) qualification
- Strong proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet-based financial modeling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Experience building dashboards, forecasts, and financial reporting models
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Good-to-Have:
- Experience with BI tools, SQL, or analytics platforms
- Exposure to dynamic, high-growth business environments
- Experience supporting strategic finance or business decision-making initiatives
