Talasha has been mandated to hire a Founders Office for a premium, made-to-order shoe brand that combines Japanese design with Indian craftsmanship. Known for utilizing premium European leathers and traditional construction techniques, they offer durable, bespoke leather shoes.
This is an impactful role that will work directly with the partners on strategic projects revolving around business growth as well as process optimisation
Responsibilities-
Business Strategy & Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities, product-market fit, new markets, and strategic positioning. Provide actionable insights to the founder and leadership team.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new markets, working closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to drive successful launches & store openings.
Operational Strategy & Efficiency: Identify and apply process improvements to enhance operational efficiency across functions, supporting the organisations scalability. Use AI & tech tools to automate back-end processes
P&L and Performance Management: Take ownership of the product’s profit and loss (P&L), set key performance metrics, and create strategies for revenue generation, cost optimization, and efficiency.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Collaborate with global teams spanning Design, Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Finance to ensure effective project execution and maintain alignment with company goals.
Customer Support : Be the point of contact for international customers, lead Online Reputation Management and resolve customer grievances effectively
Good to Have -
- 2-5 years experience in generalist- founders office roles of startups & emerging businesses
- Experience in business strategy & growth initiatives
- Prior Entrepreneurship experience is a plus
- Comfortable with domestic travel
CTC - Rs.15-20 LPA (Basis last drawn)
